100% RISK FREE REGISTRATION

All of our tournaments have a risk free registration process.  This means we will not process your payment until we 100% have a spot for your team to play.   This allows several things to take place:

1 You can be confident in registering and entering your payment method.  Since we do not process your payment until we know we have a spot for you, you have immediate access to your funds should you want/need to cancel your registration.  (the two week prior to tournament rule does still apply)

2 Adds your team to the Applied List, attracting others to join and build your division/brackets.

PLAYING FEES

This is a "Special Event", meaning that anyone meeting the age requirements can play.  The is an additional $10.00 registration fee for all non-USYS (North Texas) registered players.  Non-registered players must provide a copy of their birth certificate, complete the registration form, and pay the $10.00 BEFORE they can play.

PAPERWORK & CHECK-IN PROCESS

Every team MUST check-in on-line BEFORE their game cards can be printed.  If you do not follow the paperwork and online check-in process, you will not be able to print your game cards, therefore you will not be able to play your games.
